Most models accept files up to 5 MB in size.

This limitation is set not by the ChatLabs platform, but by the AI model manufacturer.

Acceptable File Formats

ChatLabs supports the most common file formats for storing information.

  • Images: webp, jpg, jpeg, png, svg

  • Files: html, csv, xls, pdf, txt, doc, docx, json, md, sh, and many others.
