When hovering over a model in the model list, you can check whether it supports plugins.

Pre-Built Plugins

Writingmate provides access to the web search plugin and several image generation generators, giving users additional functionality to text models.

Image generators, which can be activated as separate plugins, can be used with various text models. For example, a user may select the Claude model and connect the Dalle image generator to it (in ChatGPT, it's possible only for OpenAI models). This approach provides greater variability for users.

Image Generation Plugins

Currently supported text-to-image models:

  1. FLUX.1 Pro: Generates images based on text prompts. It's known for its speed and quality, ideal for generating visuals based on simple or complex descriptions.

  2. Stable Diffusion 3: This model provides stable and diverse image generation. It has gained popularity for its flexibility in handling different artistic styles and detailed imagery.

  3. DALLĀ·E 3: This OpenAI-powered image generation tool creates highly creative and accurate visuals based on user prompts.

  4. Recraft V3: Ultimate-exclusive model with exceptional detail and realism, developed by Recraft.ai.

How to enable the Image Generation:

  1. Select an AI model that supports plugins.

  2. Find the Images menu inside the text-input window and choose the image generator you want to use.

Note: Only one image generation model can be active in a chat at a time. Make sure to select the one most appropriate for your task.

Web Search Plugin

The Web Browsing plugin allows the assistant to search the web in real-time, providing up-to-date information for more complex inquiries. This is especially useful when the assistant needs info that wasn't previously included in its (limited) training data.

How to enable the Web Search:

  1. Select an AI model that supports plugins.

  2. Find the Web Search menu inside the text-input window and click on it to activate.

Custom Plugins

By managing these plugins effectively, you can ensure that your assistant has all the tools necessary to provide the best responses and interactions based on your needs.

Users can also create their own plugins to tailor the assistant's capabilities even further. This option allows you to develop specialized tools for specific tasks or unique data sources. For more detailed instructions, refer to the chapter.
